The Fitness Gram is a fitness assessment that focuses on components of aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and muscular fitness. Rather than other fitness assessments that have goals that may be out of students range, the fitness gram has a "Healthy Heart Zone" that most students are able to obtain with a standard amount of physical activity. The tests include:
- The PACER Test
- Push-ups
- Curl-ups
