PACER 15-Meter TestThe PACER test stands for Progressive Aerobic Capacity Endurance Run, which translates to how long you can run when you are already tired.

Curl Ups TestThe curl ups test is used to measure muscular endurance. Be sure that when you test, you keep with the cadence: up when it says up, down when it says down.

Push ups testThe curl ups test is used to measure muscular strength. Be sure that you keep with the cadence and come to a full push up. That means bending your elbows to a 90 degree angle.
